CLEARANCE IN 2026_1 SEMESTER
Once you finish your course and exam registration, there is one more step you MUST complete.
You must go to your study centre for physical clearance before your exam slip will open.
What does this mean?
Even if you have:
* Printed your e-wallet slip
* Printed your course registration slip
You CANNOT print your exam slip until you are physically cleared at your study centre.
Clearance will be done by three offices:
* Bursary
* Registry
* Study Centre Director
Once all three clear you:
* Your exam slip will open automatically.
This new rule is to stop problems like missing courses on the portal.
VERY IMPORTANT
* Do not wait until exam period.
* Go for clearance immediately after registration (at least one month before exams).
If you add, drop, or change any course after clearance, your clearance is cancelled and you must repeat the process.
Remember: No exam slip, no entry into the exam hall.
This is not like previous semesters.
You can no longer do clearance on the exam day.
Register early.
Clear early.
Avoid stories.
